Wrap a tape measure firmly around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Keep the tape level all the way around.

  • The Underband

    It should fit snugly, supportive but not restrictive. Youshouldn’t have more than a 5cm gap when you pull theband away from your body.

  • The Cups

    Your breasts should be fully encapsulated. Thereshould be no bulging over the top or gaps in the fabric.

  • The Front

    The centre of the bra should sit flat against your skin.If it lifts away, that’s usually the main cause of chafing.

  • The Straps

    They shouldn’t be too tight; the underband is the main source of support, not the straps. They should stay in place and, ideally, be adjustable since no one has perfectly symmetrical breasts.

Stana size chart

Stana uses sister sizing. Each size covers two traditional bra sizes that share the same cup volume. For example, size 26 covers 32E and 34DD. Bands come in three ranges: 28–30, 32–34, and 36–38. Find your band first, then select your cup. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
