Sizing
How do I find my size?
Head to our Size Guide for detailed measurements and fitting advice. We recommend measuring yourself before ordering for the most accurate fit.
I am between sizes. What should I do?
If you’re between sizes, check the fit notes in the Size Guide first. Our bras are engineered for high support with an adjustable back and straps, so you can fine-tune the fit.
I can’t find my size
We’re currently launching in D–FF cups.
As a small, self-funded brand, we’ve started with a focused size range while we test and grow.
We’re hoping to expand the size range soon. If your size isn’t available, email us and we’ll add you to the waitlist.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming as we grow.
How much is shipping?
Shipping options are shown at checkout. Typical rates are:
- 1–2 working days: £5.99
- 3–5 working days: £3.99
What is your return policy?
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure that your return reaches us safely, we recommend using a Royal Mail tracked service.
How do I return an item?
Email support@wearestana.com with your order number in the subject line to request a return.
Once approved, securely package your item, include a note with your name and order number, and send it back to the return address provided via the email.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
I’ve received a defective item
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please email support@wearestana.com within 30 days of delivery with details and photos.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear isn’t considered defective, but if you’re unsure, get in touch and we’ll review it properly.
